Guy "NertZ" Iluz leaves the HEROIC lineup and has joined the active Liquid roster in place of YEKINDAR. One of the reasons for this decision was yet another departure of a trio of players to another team.

Trio of players leaving again

NertZ once again found himself in a situation where a trio of players left for Falcons, which surely must be disappointing for him. Previously, it was with ENCE when Snappi, maden, and SunPayus moved to Falcons, prompting NertZ to join HEROIC with his coach sAw. The situation has repeated itself, with the trio of players TeSeS, kyxsan, and degster making the switch to Falcons again.

NertZ joining HEROIC

NertZ joined HEROIC in December 2023 and performed very well during his tenure. He arrived during a time of roster rebuilding and managed to weather the changes, leading the team to show promising results towards the end of the year.

Team results

In 2024, HEROIC performed quite consistently, albeit without major victories. The team's best result was at the Thunderpick World Championship 2024, where they secured 2nd place and earned $150,000.

Overall, HEROIC frequently reached the top-8 or top-4 in major tournaments but fell short of winning any significant titles. Their performances can be considered good, but without significant breakthroughs. The total prize money earned throughout the year amounted to $434,500.

NertZ statistics

NertZ's statistics for 2023 and 2024 remain fairly similar, with differences only in certain metrics. His rating for 2024 was 6.4 across all tournaments, while in the last 3 months, his rating improved to a solid 6.7.

Liquid roster

The signing of NertZ for Liquid was the only replacement in this transfer window. Rumors suggested that jks might also leave the team, but that did not happen. Signing Spinx has placed Liquid in a certain region, allowing the team to choose between Europe and America for Major qualifications. The Liquid roster for 2025 is:
