NAF: “I don’t like the Dust2 map, but it would be nice to play on it in a team”

In a recent interview with HLTV, Liquid team player Keith NAF Markovic shared his opinion on the return of the Dust2 map. The NAF expressed mixed feelings, emphasizing both strategic advantages and personal preferences. The experienced player recognized the historical significance of Dust2, but would like to see a different map.

I don't like the map, but playing it as a team could be good. I wish they would have brought in a different map, but seeing an old familiar map come back is always fun, especially one like Dust2, because it's a hallmark of Counter-Strike. Let's see what happens. Overpass going out kind of sucks, I enjoy the map, but it's always nice to have changes. Changes are always fun.

Despite disliking Dust2, NAF sees potential in its return for team play. His thoughts reveal a strategic approach focused on how this change can benefit Liquid as a cohesive group.

As the competitive landscape adapts to these changes, NAF's views provide a valuable perspective. The balance between nostalgia and innovation continues to shape the evolving Counter-Strike map pool, influencing teams and players alike.
