The Spanish club Movistar Riders has found a replacement for Alejandro "alex" Masanet, who has moved to NIP. The organization officially announced the return of David "dav1g" Granado to the main lineup from the reserve bench.
The esports athlete has been on the bench since July of this year, later playing for the mix Project G, which is rumored to become the future roster of Gaimin Gladiators. The organization parted ways with its previous five last summer.
The statistics of alex and dav1g show almost complete parity, but David's move to the IGL role may result in a dip in individual performance in the next two months. The same could happen to Alejandro, as NIP's competitive calendar for the coming months includes more tier-1 tournaments compared to Movistar Riders.
Movistar Riders' updated roster will play its first match against FORZE in the ESL Challenger League Season 46: Europe. The match is scheduled to start on November 7 at 20:00.
