Mou criticized PGL's decision to include Kazakhstan in the European region at the qualifiers for the majors

Professional Counter-Strike 2 player Rustem "mou" Telepov expressed dissatisfaction with the distribution of countries by region for the qualifiers to the PGL CS2 Major Copenhagen 2024. The Kazakhstani esports player shared his opinion on Twitter.

PGL, the organizer of the first major in CS2 history, placed teams from Kazakhstan in the European region. This decision puzzled Telepov.

So what's the joke of Kazakhstan being in the European qualifiers?! Where the guys have an average ping of 120, when players from Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, and Georgia play in Asian and Central Asian qualifiers??? Solve this problem or explain why Kz is part of Europe.

The PGL CS2 Major Copenhagen 2024 will take place from March 17 to March 31, 2024, in Denmark. The RMR tournaments will be held from February 14 to March 4, depending on the region. The prize pool of the competition will be $1.25 million.
