Today, the Ukrainian organization Monte was defeated by Virtus.pro in the semifinals of the ThunderPick World Championship 2023 and took 3rd-4th place in the championship. For Monte, this was a principled opponent with whom they met for the second time in the last week. However, they were unable to overcome Virtus.pro.
It was a rematch for Monte, as they had recently faced each other in the Roobet Cup 2023 final, where VP defeated their opponents with a score of 2:1. And today's match was a complete repeat of the last one.
