Such a step would significantly expand the pool of players that the Ukrainian organization can choose from.

With an international lineup, NAVI doesn't have much choice. If you want to communicate in Russian, your players are only available from Ukraine and Kazakhstan, and for a team with NAVI's ambitions, that's a very narrow market.

Switching to English will open the way for reshuffles we couldn't even imagine. The move is conceptually correct. Also, it may signal a readiness to say goodbye to electroNic and, less likely, Perfecto.
