Today, it was revealed that the well-known Spanish rifler Antonio 'Martinez' Martínez is planning to leave Movistar Riders. His next destination is expected to be the Brazilian club 9z Team!

According to the latest information from SheepEsports, Antonio 'Martinez' Martínez will soon leave Movistar Riders to join 9z.

In the last few weeks, Movistar Riders have undergone their second major change in the lineup. They parted ways with their longtime team leader, Alejandro 'alex⁠' Masanet, who has now become a part of Ninjas in Pyjamas. In response, the team welcomed David 'dav1g⁠' Granado Bermudo, entrusting him with the new role of captain.

This year, the team Jinetes had two significant events that stood out amid their generally challenging period: a triumph at the ESL Challenger Melbourne in April and a deserved spot in the top-8 at ESL Pro League Season 18. However, beyond these successes, their year was rather disappointing, especially considering their less convincing performances in online matches compared to how they played in LAN tournaments.

Meanwhile, team 9z found themselves in search of a new sniper after the departure of Santino 'try⁠' Rigal due to health issues in October. The Argentine organization initially showed active interest in Lucas 'nqz⁠' Soarez from team Legacy, but ultimately lost the competition for this Brazilian player to team paiN.
