Experienced Counter-Strike analyst Alex Mauisnake Ellenberg has been unexpectedly removed from the analyst lineup for the upcoming PGL Copenhagen Major.
Mauisnake, a rising star on the analytics scene, has been a fixture in recent major tournaments. He has impressed viewers with his performance throughout the 2022 PGL Antwerp Major, including RMR and the main event itself. This unexpected decision was made despite Mauisnake's proven talent and experience.
While Mauisnake won't be appearing at the analysis table, he assured fans on Twitter that he will be appearing on podcasts and streams.
Also, Janko YNk Paunovic was not invited to join the analytical department this time.
However, Counter-Strike fans in North America are happy as veteran analyst Jason Moses O'Toole has confirmed his participation in the PGL Copenhagen Major. Moses was already actively involved in the Major tournament, providing analytics for both European RMR and last-chance qualifiers at the end of February. Joining Moses on the analysis table will be Sudhen Bleh Wahengbam, Mathieu Maniac Quiquerez and Jakob Pimp Winneche.
