The head coach Monte Sergey "lmbt" Bezhanov commented in his Telegram channel on the team's first official game in Counter-Strike 2.
He noted that the new MR12 system is more demanding. Sergey also believes that the value of AWP has significantly decreased at this stage of the game, and hybrid snipers will benefit from it. Moreover, in his opinion, the transition from CS:GO will be relatively easy, despite some substantial differences in goals.
The first impression is that MR12 is very disciplining, and we need to work on it. AWP is semi-useless at this stage, so it's great that we have Vova [Woro2k] as a hybrid AWPer who can handle rifles well too. Half of the stratbook can be easily transferred to CS2 if desired. New tactics and strategies will not come anytime soon, some maps are entirely different in concept, and the goals will change significantly, but more on that later.Sergey "lmbt" Bezhanov
