According to dust2.us teams need to finalize their lineups for BLAST Fall Groups by tonight or they will face sanctions. Teams like Liquid and Cloud9 still haven't announced their lineups. With the tournament coming up, they are required to sign player contracts before the deadline.
According to BLAST rules, "Team rosters must be submitted to BLAST a minimum of three (3) weeks prior to the respective stage of the tournament. [...] BLAST shall have the right to impose sanctions (including but not limited to financial penalties) on any team that fails to submit its roster by the deadline."

Teams that fail to submit lineups on time will automatically receive the lowest seeding and lose 25% of their possible earnings. With Valve's rankings soon to determine invitations to RMR and RMR Closed Qualifier, winning prize money and avoiding unnecessary hardship becomes especially important. This is especially true for Cloud9, who need to show good results to qualify for the Major in Shanghai with a new roster.
