Into the Breach have assembled a new lineup - including NEOFRAG and Bymas

Today, UK-based Into The Breach unveiled their new roster to fans on their official Twitter account, with the team set to play their second season in 2023!

The new ITB lineup has finally been officially unveiled! Onward and upward!

Who's in, who's out?

After the end of the last CS:GO major, the ITB team started to change. A total of 2 players left the team during this time, namely:

  •    Kai "CYPHER" Watson.
  •   Sebastian "volt" Malosza.

And in their place came Aurimas "Bymas" Pipiras.

In an effort to build a stronger team, the organization welcomed two new players to solidify its roster: Bymas from MOUZ and NeoFrag from OG.

Aurimas "Bymas" Pipiras, a young Lithuanian at the age of 19, first proved himself by replacing players in FaZe Clan before becoming a reliable member of MOUZ, and is looking to continue to showcase his outstanding skills with the rest of the ITB team.

The team also took NEOFRAG from OG!

Adam "NEOFRAG" Zuhar, a 22-year-old Czech, took his first steps on the road to glory at Sinner Esports before being recruited to OG. With OG, NEOFRAG has shown amazing talent and has been a key factor in the team's success. Into the Breach's new acquisitions bring the necessary experience of performing on the big stage.

That's how Into The Breach CEO Sam Cooke has gravely responded to all the lineup changes:

"In the wake of Volt and Cai leaving, we're welcoming two young players with Tier 1 experience to finalise our roster heading into IEM Cologne and CS2. We spent a great deal of time scouting, talking and ultimately concluding on NEOFRAG and Bymas - confident that they'll both align with our vision and fit the dynamic of the team. Our aim is to maintain our place in the top 15, continue our attendance of high-calibre tournaments and grow our legacy through CS2. I believe we've got the right team to do just that.”

With the new additions, the new Into the Breach lineup in Counter-Strike will be as follows:

  • Thomas "Thomas" Utting
  • Karol "rallen" Radovich.
  • Joey "CRUC1AL" Stussel.
  • Aurimas "Bymas" Pipiras.
  • Adam "NEOFRAG" Zuhar
  • Gustavo "Juve" Alexandre (coach)

The team will make their debut at the EPL European Conference this week, aiming to win a place in EPL S18. Later the team will also be seen competing at IEM Cologne.
