Ukrainian FACEIT players are facing a serious problem - unfair bans caused by power outages due to the destruction of energy infrastructure by Russian attacks. This prompted users t3zisswes and manka to develop an appeal to the FACEIT administration to change the policy of blocking accounts.
From now on, as part of efforts to reduce the negative impact on players who lose access to electricity as a result of hostilities, the Ukrainian community has proposed that the FACEIT administration reconsider cases where players are banned for "AFK/leaving" but are actually victims of hostilities.
