iNation and Spirit left the European RMR Group B without winning a single match

The first pair of matches in the Group B elimination stage have concluded.

The teams that have left RMR with a 3-0 record have been determined, and these teams are Spirit and iNation.

16-0 on RMR

One notable event that occurred during the elimination round was a map that ended with a score of 16-0. ENCE completely dominated iNation on Nuke, and even though iNation put up a fight on the next map, they ultimately lost. As a result, the main underdog of the tournament was naturally the first to leave the competition. Overall, iNation won 29 rounds out of 4 maps, which is a very poor result. However, it should be noted that this team had at least some chance in this highly competitive group.

Spirit failed

The team, which made it to the playoffs of IEM Rio Major 2022, thus earning a direct invitation to RMR, was eliminated from the competition early on. It cannot be said that everything was against the team, as Spirit started the first map against Astralis well and won it, but after that, things fell apart.

The score of 16-5 on Ancient and 12-3 in the first half of Overpass say a lot about the team's mentality and psychological state in this match. This time, the team simply wasn't ready to play at the Major.
