Today, Reddit users showcased a bug they discovered on the new Mirage map in Counter-Strike 2. This bug can be used to elevate players' VAR and potentially even cause a complete server shutdown.
All you need to do is run to the bomb site B.
Then, proceed to the position called "forest" or "bench".
Approach the right side of the bench as shown in the photo below.
The crucial part is not just standing next to it but holding down the "W" key and running forward.
Recall that on the night of June 7, developers added the Mirage map to the new version of the CS2 game, replacing the former Dust2.
Furthermore, on June 10, developers started granting access to CS2 to another group of users. Additionally, they have made some changes to this map:
- Removed wallbang through the door towards the connector.
- Blocked gap in the boxes at the center of the map.
- Blocked pixel gap on the ticket booth.
- Restored the ability to jump onto the firebox from the opposite side.
- Fixed various collision bugs between players and grenades.
- Fixed various minor graphical bugs.
