FURIA and Imperial were the first teams to exit Group B at the BLAST Open Spring 2025. Both teams lost their elimination matches and left the tournament with no chance of reaching the playoffs. The South American region, traditionally hoping for a breakthrough from its teams, once again remains without representation in the tournament.
Liquid 2:1 Imperial
Liquid had no trouble starting the match on Dust II, crushing their opponent with a score of 13:4 — quick attacks and solid defense left Imperial with no chance. On the second map, Nuke, the battle was much tighter: Liquid led during the match, but towards the end, allowed Imperial to pull ahead and lost 11:13.
On the deciding Anubis, Liquid was once again stronger. The first half went their way — 7:5, and after switching sides, the Americans won six consecutive rounds to close the map 13:5. The result — 2:1 and Liquid's journey continues.

M80 2:1 FURIA
The first map went to FURIA: on Dust II, they confidently led 10:2 in the first half and carried the match to victory — 13:7. But on Train, M80 showed resilience — coming back from behind, they took the map 13:10 and pushed the game to the deciding Inferno.
On the third map, the battle went down to the wire: FURIA started strong again, but in the second half, M80 delivered a series of seven consecutive round wins. The match went into overtime, where the opponents exchanged series, but the second wave of extra rounds went to M80 — 19:17.
