The organizers of the Hussar Cup championship are faced with dissatisfaction from the invited teams, which could result in the start of the LAN tournament being moved to a different date. A statement was released on the event's official Twitter, discussing the tournament operator's plans.

The teams' discontent was caused by the tournament schedule overlapping with another LAN. Most likely, the ESL Pro League Season 18 is being referred to, as it, like the Hussar Cup, begins on August 30th.

The organizers have stated that they have approached the feedback with "great seriousness" and are now examining the possibility of moving the championship to other days.

So far, only two participating teams have been announced, which are ENCE and 9INE. Four more teams were supposed to receive direct invites, and the remaining two slots were allocated to the winners of the closed qualifiers. As for the qualifiers, they have been suspended indefinitely.
