PGL Major Copenhagen 2024 continues to eliminate teams, and today two Danish teams failed to realize their dreams. HEROIC and ECSTATIC were eliminated from the tournament after losses in the elimination phase.

HEROIC, a perennial contender for the Major, were unable to defeat the team paIN, which is in excellent form. The Brazilian giants dominated HEROIC on maps Nuke (16-8) and Mirage (9-13), showcasing their superior firepower and strategic prowess.

For ECSTATIC, their journey is over after a desperate fight against G2 Esports. G2 took the lead on Inferno (7-13), but eventually lost on Vertigo (11-13). Despite the loss, ECSTATIC can be proud of themselves as they exceeded expectations and demonstrated their potential on Counter-Strike's biggest stage.
