Monte has officially announced the transfer of Olek “hades” Miskiewicz to the bench, ending an eight-month cooperation with the Polish AWPer. During this time, hades played as a sniper and was the team captain for a short period, but in early 2025, the roles were revised and the captaincy was transferred to Gizmy.
Hades may replace m0NESY in G2
According to HLTV.org, G2 are in active negotiations with Monte to hire Hades, who is a priority target to replace Ilya “m0NESY” Osipov. The Russian sniper is rumored to join Falcons immediately after PGL Bucharest 2025.
With this in mind, G2 is urgently looking for a replacement, as they still have to play at PGL Astana (May 10-18 ) and IEM Dallas (May 19-25) before the major. Hades could become the team's new sniper for this transitional period.

Hades joined Monte in July 2024 together with dycha from ENCE. During his time in the team, he helped the team reach the top 4 of ESL Challenger Katowice 2024, reach the final of CCT European Series #16, and repeatedly reached the semifinals of online tournaments.

With the departure of hades and, earlier, DemQQ, Monte's roster is now down to just three active players. In the near future, the organization is expected to announce the restructuring of the roster. Meanwhile, G2 may get a new AWP right before the crucial tournaments of spring.
