Certain graphics settings in Counter-Strike 2 significantly affect the input lag in the shooter. A user going by the nickname Piwielle shared this information along with the results of their tests on Reddit.
The greatest harm is caused by enabled vertical synchronization. The author recommends disabling this option, otherwise, the input lag will roughly double, reaching 15 milliseconds. About 1 millisecond of input lag is added when selecting the highest level of smoothing. Other graphics settings do not have a significant effect on the delay.
Piwielle also explored methods that players discovered during the CS2 beta test to reduce input lag. They assert that disabling the NVIDIA Reflex feature, enabling low latency mode in the NVIDIA Control Panel, and turning off full-screen optimization do not affect the lag in the game."
