Today, viewers witnessed two intense matches, the outcomes of which determined the future of the participants. GamerLegion secured a spot in the playoffs, while Astralis saved themselves from elimination in a dramatic bo3 showdown.

GamerLegion vs Virtus.pro

The first match of the day was a playoff qualifier between GamerLegion and Virtus.pro. The teams battled on two maps, and GamerLegion emerged victorious with a final score of 2-0. On the first map, Ancient, the fight was even, but in the second half, GamerLegion showed a confident game, winning 7 rounds in a row, and finished the map with a score of 13-7. On Mirage, the initial half also ended in a tie at 6-6, but the second half was completely under GamerLegion's control, as they took all 7 rounds in a row, winning 13-8 and closing out the match.

Astralis vs Legacy

The second match, an elimination game between Astralis and Legacy, proved to be even more dramatic. The teams exchanged victories on the first two maps, with the outcome decided on Nuke, where Astralis triumphed in an overtime round, winning with a final score of 19-16. After Legacy took the lead on Dust II in the first half, ending with a score of 10-2, Astralis couldn't recover and lost the map 7-13. However, on Ancient, Astralis showcased excellent play on offense and won 13-7. Nuke became the decider, and after a tense second half, the teams went into overtime, where Astralis claimed victory, allowing them to win the match 2:1.
