Today, Belarusian dataminer Gabe Follower in his official Telegram channel confirms the date of September 27 as the official release of CS2.
Gabe Follower:
Tom Giardino (the guy in charge of business stuff from Valve) hinted at some event in the office in honor of Counter-Strike 2.They rarely organize such events, so it's hardly just an update. The last time it happened was during Half-Life: Alyx announcement.

As a reminder, earlier today Valve made a controversial tweet on their official Twitter where they announced the official release date for CS2 in theory:
What are you doing next Wednesday?
— CS2 (@CounterStrike) September 20, 2023
Recall that we previously told you that Valve plans to release CS2 from September 28 to 29, 2023.
Before that, Valve only stated that CS2 will be available in the summer of 2023. The company is headquartered in Seattle, which suggested that Valve could release CS2 before September 23, when summer officially ends this year in the United States.
While the community has already speculated dozens of potential release dates, it remains completely unclear when exactly Valve will make CS2 available to everyone. Nevertheless, gamers have reason to believe that CS2's launch is really just around the corner this time around.
