MASONIC decided to undergo significant roster changes ahead of transitioning to Counter-Strike 2. The team is being left by Mathias "PR1mE" Carlsen, Kristofer "kristou" Aamand, Emil “fez” Kristensen, and Kim “mAnGo” Larsen. The fifth player, Magnus "Frøslev" Frøslev, remains with the club and will assist MASONIC Academy in upcoming tournaments throughout this season.

The club's talent development strategy encompasses both sports and commercial initiatives, with a focus on the academy in Counter-Strike 2 and organizing events and tournaments for the Danish esports community.

In the past, players such as Alexander "Altekz" Givskov, Jonas "Queenix" Dideriks, and Christian Moss "Buzz" Andersen have played for MASONIC. Moreover, the current coach of Astralis, Peter "casle" Toftbo Ardenskjold, once worked with the team.
