Rodion "fear" Smyk is leaving the Passion UA CS2 roster and is rumored to join the active lineup of Fnatic in 2025. Earlier in an interview with us, he said he wouldn't leave the roster if it remained the same, but yesterday s-chilla left the team, and there are rumors that Jambo is being courted by other teams.

fear Departure

For Passion UA, fear's departure could have a significant impact, as the team started showing very strong results and achieved high goals only after his arrival. However, this is just speculation; perhaps the key to their success was Kane.

It's unknown who can replace him, but one possibility might be byr9, who left kONO.ECF today. But these are just my guesses, and we'll see what actually happens later.

After leaving, like many players, he traditionally addressed the community, saying the following:

Kane Words

Legendary Kane, coach of Passion UA, also shared his thoughts and thanked Rodion for his time in the team and wished him luck:

Rodion is truly an excellent captain, and this was evident from the very start of our collaboration. He put all his strength and soul into the team, for which we are immensely grateful. We are genuinely glad to have been a springboard for him to reach new heights, as he deserves to compete with the best. Perhaps our paths will cross again in the future. Good luck to him, and see you on the server!

 

fear's Statistics

Over the past 6 months in S-tier tournaments, fear's statistics are very good, especially for a captain. His rating is 6.6, and for all tournaments, it is 6.1, which is also quite decent. His promotion to a new team is therefore obvious.

New Phase for fear

According to insiders, he will join Fnatic as the captain, where it was just announced today that bodyy, who was the captain, has left the team. For Fear, this will be a great opportunity to prove himself at a new level alongside strong players.

Even when comparing their statistics, fear shows better results and is stronger in all aspects than the Frenchman.
