FaZe enter grand final of ESL Pro League beating FURIA

The fifth day of the playoff at ESL Pro League has come to a close, and the last semifinal ended.

FaZe faced FURIA. Previously, FaZe defeated Players and NaVi, while FURIA took down Astralis.

The match started with Inferno, picked by FaZe. However, it was the Brazilian team who seized an early advantage. The first half ended 10-5 in favor of FURIA. Although, FaZe regained control of the game after the sides switched and were winning round after round. The European team managed to take the opponents’ pick 16-13.

FURIA chose Mirage. This map was much more competitive, and the first half ended 8-7 in favor of FURIA. The second half turned out to be the same, and FaZe transferred the game into the overtime. However, the overtime wasn’t as close, and FaZe quickly finished the map 19-16.

FaZe advance to the grand final to face ENCE, while FURIA finish the event in the 3-4th place.
