FaZe Clan Will Collapse By the End of 2023: the Organization Has Lost Billions on the Stock Market

The esports club FaZe Clan will run out of money by the end of 2023. The results of the research were shared by Forbes.

FaZe's problem is that the organization was able to attract investors, sign agreements with several stars and get many subscribers but could not monetize them. Without further financing, the injected club may become bankrupt, as it cannot earn sufficient funds. They have $44 million in their account - this will be enough until November 2023.

Another factor affecting the well-being of FaZe Clan is the decrease in capitalization. After entering the financial market in July 2022, the club lost $1.6 billion. For each quarter, the decline was measured by "nine-digit" numbers. At the time of publication of the material, one share of the FaZe organization costs $1.64.

FaZe is not the first esports club to become a public company. Earlier, Astralis, OverActive Media, which owns the MAD Lions and franchises of the city of Toronto in the Overwatch League and Call of Duty League, and Enthusiast Gaming which owns the Luminosity Gaming organization, went public.
