The North American organization FaZe Clan became the champion of the Intel Extreme Masters Sydney 2023, defeating Complexity in the tournament finals!
How did the final match go?
This match can truly be considered one of the brightest in this championship. All three maps were played, after which the FaZe Clan team emerged as the winner with a score of 2:1!
The first map of the confrontation was Overpass (Complexity's pick)! It was on this map that Complexity showed their best game and were able to take the map with a score of 13:11.
The second map of the confrontation was Nuke, which was chosen by FaZe, and they won it with a score of 13:10.
After which, all teams went to the third map - Ancient, where FaZe Clan literally destroyed Complexity and took the victory with a score of 19:16.

FaZe Clan - made history as the team that won the first tier-1 LAN in Counter-Strike 2 history. FaZe earned $100,000, as well as a direct invite to IEM Katowice 2024!
Complexity took second place and received $42,000 for the team.
