FALCONS were ready to kick BOROS even before IEM Katowice

Jordanian tackler Mohammed BOROS Malhas has been released from the Falcons' roster, the organization announced in a blog post a month ago. According to the team, BOROS was holding back their development and not meeting expectations for individual growth, which led to his departure after the recent Regional Major Ranking (RMR) tournament.

Today it became known from the blog that the Falcons were thinking about parting with BOROS even before the IEM Katowice tournament. Team management including legendary player-leader Danny zonic Sorensen and coach Christian Roble reportedly discussed his performance with BOROS.

The news came as a surprise considering BOROS was the only remaining member of the Falcons' summer rebuild to switch to an English-language roster. Although BOROS initially survived the first roster cuts in November, his individual performance and perceived lack of improvement appeared to seal his fate.

However, the Falcons ultimately decided to give him another chance, hoping for improvement. Unfortunately, RMR's BOROS game did not live up to expectations, leading to its eventual release.

With the main cycle currently underway, it will be interesting to see how the Falcons handle this situation and who they select to fill the void left by BOROS.
