Falcons CEO: "NiKo approached us first. He was exploring his options and was planning to leave G2"

Today, the CEO of Falcons Esports gave a significant interview and shared details about the failed transfer of G2 Esports star Nikola "NiKo" Kovač to the organization from Saudi Arabia. He also shared more information about the organization as a whole.

Initially, it should be noted that over the last two weeks, many well-known insiders from around the world reported that the rifler of G2 Esports was planning his transfer to Falcons Esports, but the deal fell through. It is noteworthy that at the moment, only one player remains in the Falcons team — Mohammad "BOROS" Malhas.

There is a possibility that the coaching staff was making room for NiKo, as well as for the G2 sniper Ilya "m0NESY" Osipov, who was expected to follow in Nikola's footsteps.

The leader expressed his opinion on my honesty and openness and proudly shared NiKo's decision to sign a new contract with G2:

Since we're talking about nicknames. To clarify, those who know me personally understand that I am a very straightforward and honest person. Proud to say that NiKo first approached us. He was exploring options and planning to leave G2.

Also, the CEO of Falcons spoke about the organization not setting short-term goals:

The Falcons organization sets a goal to become a specifically capable team within 3 years.

Afterward, it became known that the team's coach Danny "zonic" Sørensen signed a 3-year contract, as this is the period after which management will draw conclusions about the project's success.

The main roster only retained the former Monte player BOROS, which effectively confirms that the Jordanian will enter the new Counter-Strike 2 roster of the organization. Along with him, Emil "Magisk" Reif and Marco "Snappi" Pfeiffer are also associated with Falcons.
