The esports platform FACEIT has nullified the results of Victory Zigzag team at ESEA Season 46: Advanced Division - Europe. The team now has 12 technical defeats in 12 matches.

Prior to that, FACEIT banned the team's coach Ivan "Hardwell" Alekseev for using cheats. Hardwell was supposed to replace Joel "joel" Holmlund, another banned member of Victory Zigzag, at BLAST Premier: Fall European Showdown 2023.

In response, the team captain Kamen "bubble" Kostadinov said that he did not intend to participate in tournaments with the team's roster. Ukrainian commentator Oleksiy "yXo" Maletskiy reacted to this tweet:

Victory Zigzag's Twitter account tried to assure the commenter in a profane manner that Hardwell had never participated in match-fixing.

After two bans, Victory Zigzag lost their place at BLAST Premier: Fall European Showdown 2023. Most likely, they will be replaced by 416Olsk, who took second place at Pelaajat.com Nordic Masters Fall 2023.
