eSports World Cup Announces Open and Closed CS2 Qualifiers for Riyadh 2024

The eSports World Cup is setting the stage for an exhilarating summer in 2024 with the announcement of the open and closed qualifiers for their Counter-Strike 2 tournament in Riyadh. This event is poised to draw competitors from across the globe, divided into specific regional qualifiers to ensure a broad representation of talent.

For hopeful teams and players, the path to the World Cup glory begins with the open qualifiers. North America (NA), South America (SA), Asia (AS), and Saudi Arabia will kick off the open qualifiers on April 16-17, followed closely by the European (EU) and Oceania (OCE) regions on April 17-18.

Once the open qualifiers conclude, the competition will intensify with the closed qualifiers. NA, SA, AS, and Saudi will have their closed qualifiers from April 18-19, with the EU and OCE regions closing the qualifying rounds on April 19-20.

This year's eSports World Cup presents an opportunity for teams to not only showcase their skills on an international stage but also to engage with the wider CS2 community. With the competition heating up and slots for the main event at stake, teams across all regions are gearing up for what promises to be an intense and memorable qualification process.
