ESL Impact announces 2024 program with a focus on developing regional talent in CS2

ESL Impact has announced significant changes to its program for the year 2024, with a focus on supporting regional talent in the women's Counter-Strike league. The updated program includes monthly ESEA Cash Cups on FACEIT, online league seasons, and live audience finals.
Key highlights of the 2024 program include:
- ESL Impact League Season 5: From March 6 to April 21, 2024, the best teams from each region will compete online, culminating in the Global Finals in Dallas.
- Global Finals in Dallas: Scheduled for May 31 to June 2, 2024, at DreamHack Dallas, teams will compete for a prize pool of $150,000.
- ESL Impact League Season 6: Taking place from September to October 2024, following the format of Season 5, the best teams will continue their online battles for slots in the Global Finals in Stockholm.
- Global Finals in Stockholm: In November 2024, the best teams will converge in the capital of Sweden, promising a spectacular conclusion to the year as they vie for the season title and a prize pool of $150,000 at DreamHack Stockholm 2024.
In addition, ESL has removed one slot each from North America and Asia for the ESL Impact League Season 6 Global Finals in Stockholm. These slots will now be allocated to European teams, with a total of six teams representing the region at the year-end tournament.
These changes represent a significant step in ESL Impact's efforts to develop and showcase regional talent in the competitive world of Counter-Strike.
