The tournament operator ESL has announced the rescheduling of the Intel Extreme Masters Sydney 2023 matches, which will begin on October 16th.
Now, the first matches at the event in Australia will start at 4:30 EEST, which is one and a half hours later than originally planned. This will significantly increase the viewership of IEM Sydney 2023 among the European audience, as the final matches of the game day will now start at 11:30 EEST as scheduled. It should be noted that on the first day of the event, eight BO1 and four BO3 matches are planned.
Remember that the prize pool for IEM Sydney 2023 is $250,000, and the tournament winner will receive $100,000 and a slot at IEM Katowice 2024. Additionally, this event is part of Intel Grand Slam Season 5.
