CS: GO commentator, and analyst Dmitry def Lemeshchuk shared his opinion about the current shape of Cloud9 and their prospects at IEM Rio Major 2022. In a comment for Cover.gg, Lemeshchuk noted that Natus Vincere remains the tournament favourite for him.

Cloud9 are strong, but I would not call them the tournament's favourites. Although they played well in the Major, it is still an open question for me how they will feel in the playoffs in front of a huge audience that will cheer against them. For me, the favourites are NAVI because of their successful experience in the playoffs of the Majors. If Heroic can handle the pressure, they will also have a good chance of winning.
