Esports club Team Liquid has announced that Robert Patsi Isyanov will miss the team's opening match in the ESL Pro League Season 18 CS:GO. He will be replaced by team coach Damien "daps" Steel. The announcement was made on the organization’s social media channels.
Patsi encountered problems obtaining an American visa. As a result of the delay and lack of a passport, the esports player cannot get to Malta, where the EPL S18 is taking place.
Who is Liquid playing against in the first round of the EPL?
EPL S18 runs from August 30 to October 1. Teams compete for a prize pool of $850,000. The champion will also secure slots at the BLAST Premier: World Final 2023 and IEM Katowice 2024. You can follow the tournament schedule and results here.
