According to the Anti-Defamation League (ADL) study, CS:GO did not enter into the top ten most toxic games for teenagers, losing to such a sandbox as Roblox.

If you take the category of teenagers aged 13-17, you can see a positive trend: the percentage of respondents who called CS:GO, a game where they had to face harassment, fell from 80% to 61%.
As for adult respondents, the situation is reversed – CS:GO took first place in 2022 (74% → 86%).

What Is the Catch?
An important detail is that the study was conducted among teenagers from the USA, where CS:GO is less popular among young people than in Europe, especially in its eastern part. Therefore, Valve's shooter could be compared in terms of toxicity if the survey was not limited to one country, and then the top 5 would look different.
However, such high positions for Valorant may be the reason why Riot Games will continue unprecedented measures to combat toxicity, up to the previously announced saving of voice chat recordings in matches with complaints about unacceptable behavior.
