On February 14, Valve released another update for Counter-Strike 2, which focuses on UI improvements, bug fixes, and expanded opportunities for map creators in Steam Workshop.
UI updates and fixes for CSTV
Valve has made a number of improvements to the user interface, including:
- Fixed the sizing and scaling of UI elements used in both the in-store purchase and in-game HUD.
- Fixed a bug with the display of armor for CSTV viewers.
These changes are aimed at improving the usability of the interface, which is especially important for players and casters watching matches.
Updated AK-47 inspection animation
Valve has also updated the alternative inspection animation for the AK-47. Although the change is small, it is important for fans of customization and players who use alternative animations in the game.

Expanding opportunities for map creators
The main technical change is an increase in the maximum size of the map upload to Steam Workshop to 3 GB. This is a significant improvement for map makers, as previously the limitations prevented them from adding more detailed textures and more complex game levels.
Counter-Strike 2 continues to receive updates aimed at improving both gameplay and technical components. Valve is expected to further improve the game, preparing it for new tournaments and community content.
