Denilson "Ceos" Oliveira Gonçalves has verbally agreed to join Shopify Rebellion in the LTA North according to Sheep Esports. The Brazillian support joins after just under a decade in the region with hundreds of games under his belt, most notably for KaBuM! Esports.
Shopify Rebellion has been busy rebuilding its roster ahead of the 2025 season. They have already locked down Ibrahim "Fudge" Allami, Juan "Contractz" Garcia, and re-signed Ju "Bvoy" Yeong-hoon to a new deal. The only places remaining were Support and Mid. With Ceos agreeing to join, only Mid is left before Shopify Rebellion is ready for the new season.

Ceos acquisition reportedly is a coaching decision
According to the report by Sheep Esports, this was a move that was led by the Shopify head coach Seong "Reven" Sang-hyeon. The Korean coach spent a length amount of time in Brazil as an analyst for CBLoL side Flamengo Esports. This isn't the first time the Shopify coach has dipped his toes into familiar waters, Bvoy played under Reven in the LLA when they were both part of the Estral Esports.
The faith Reven had in Bvoy paid off with the South Korean ADC getting 1st-team all-pro in his first split in North America. Shopify should be hoping that Ceos can have a similar rise to the top of the region. Ceos is coming in as a veteran and will be expected to help guide the team towards higher positions in the standings. Fudge is a player who has only known success since coming to North America, winning multiple championships on Cloud9 and making multiple international events, including a quarterfinal appearance at Worlds 2021.
