Today, the well-known Ukrainian portal Player.ua shared some interesting facts about the Ukrainian organization Monte, as well as player transfers.
Dmytro Vovk, the head of Monte, claims that $500,000 a year is more than enough for a successful start of an esports team. He shared this information with Forbes.ua.
Monte also made profitable deals, buying Mohammad "BOROS" Malhas for $20,000 and selling him to Team Falcons for 7.5 times more.

Esports Charts analyst Dmitry Murko estimated the salaries of Monte's players to be $20,000–30,000. Vovk claims that the club reached profitability in its eighth month since creation. The contract with Favbet brings the club less than $40,000.
Ivan Danishevskyi, the chairman of the Federation of Esports of Ukraine and the founder of ESM.one holding, noted that the Ukrainian esports market has shrunk from $20-30 million to $5-7 million due to geopolitical events, which limits the activities of Ukrainian players and organizations.
