Bugs fixed and purchase menu updated — Counter-Strike 2 update from June 15, 2023

Developers have released an update for Counter-Strike 2, in which they fixed a number of bugs and updated the appearance of the purchase menu. Information about the patch appeared on the official website of the shooter.

Maps

Changes on Mirage:

  • Fixed a bug with a bench that caused the server to crash. More about the bug can be read in the article
  • Fixed various wallbangs. 
  • Adjusted the match-end screen.

Purchase Menu

  • Fixed various issues with reselling items through the purchase menu. 
  • From now on, the color of the purchase menu matches the color of the player's interface. It can be adjusted in the console using the "cl_hud_color" command. Full information about the new purchase menu is available here.
 
 
 
 

Loadout

  • Fixed edge cases with inspecting items
  • Fixed a bad interaction between the acknowledge panel and inventory
  • Fixed a glitch while refreshing the loadout tab
  • Fixed some localization bugs
  • Fixed various crash

Misc

  • Fixed movement bug that would cause a slide along curbs in Dust II
  • Flashbangs can be redeployed after thrown so that players can quickly throw multiple in sequence
  • Reduced the single-frame flash effect when zooming out with sniper rifles
