A bug has been found in CS2 that allows for the theft of personal data

In CS2, there is now a feature to add any images, including GIFs, to the screen during voting. Users report that through this feature, attackers can gain access to players' personal data and recommend temporarily refraining from playing until Valve fixes the vulnerability.

To display an image in front of all players in the current match, one must change the nickname in the profile, using HTML code with a link to the image, which can be done using the Shift+Tab key combination. A video has surfaced online confirming that this feature can be used for data theft.

Previously, there was information that a new knife and case could appear in CS2. You can read more about this in the article.
