boltz left Imperial

Ricardo "boltz" Prass has announced his departure from the Brazilian esports team Imperial. This decision was made by mutual agreement between the player and the organization. Several months ago, boltz took a break from competitive performances, and young talent Kaiki "noway" Santos was signed to take his place.

During his time at Imperial, boltz helped the team achieve significant success, including qualifying for two majors - PGL Major Antwerp 2022 and IEM Rio Major 2022, as well as a 3-4th place finish at BLAST Premier: Spring Final 2023. Overall, the team earned more than $150,000 in prize money while boltz was a part of it.

There are rumors that boltz may join a new team of legendary Brazilians along with Epitacio "TACO" de Melo, Fernando "fer" Alvarenga, Lincoln "fnx" Lau, and Vito "kNg" Giuseppe to participate in PGL Major Copenhagen 2024 under the tag O PLANO. These players often appear together on streams, which may indicate their future collaboration.

In his statement, boltz expressed his gratitude to the Imperial team:

I would like to thank all the staff and management of Imperial for treating me well throughout my time wearing the mantle, and especially the people I played with, those were incredible moments. In the end, I wanted to move on, and I wish the team success! Thank you to the fans!
Ricardo "boltz" Prass

Despite boltz's departure, Imperial will continue its path in esports with the new player noway, looking forward to further achievements and successes.
