Community broadcast rules for BLAST.tv Austin Major 2025 have been announced

BLAST.tv has announced the official rules for community casts at the Austin Major 2025, which will take place from June 3 to 22 in Austin, Texas. For everyone who wants to comment on the matches of one of the largest tournaments in Counter-Strike 2, the organizers have prepared clear requirements. The rules were published on May 27, 2025, on the official BLAST website, and we will tell you about the most important things.

Basic requirements for streamers

BLAST welcomes everyone to join the Austin Major community broadcasts, but sets strict rules for non-commercial streams. The stream must be free for viewers and not contain any sponsorship or branding. Only the live stream from the game via free CSTV can be used, without replays, highlights or custom interfaces.

The stream must be conducted from home, without professional studio equipment. There should be only one person on the stream - no additional commentators or analysts. The name of the stream must correspond to the official format: for example, “BLAST.tv 2025 Austin Major - Stage 1 - Complexity vs OG”.

It is also forbidden to raise political, social or economic topics during the broadcast, and if the chat is active, it must be moderated. BLAST warns that violation of these rules may result in sanctions against the stream or profile.
