The BLAST Premier: Spring Showdown 2024 for CS2 and the Pick'Em championship by Bo3.gg have come to an end. Over 2000 participants competed in their knowledge of the competitive scene and fought for valuable prizes. We have summarized the results of the challenge.
At the tournament, 16 teams competed for two slots at the BLAST Premier: Spring Final 2024, with SAW and Team Spirit becoming the winners. While everyone expected such a result from Leonid "chopper" Vishnyakov's team, SAW's success was a real surprise for the entire community.
Most challenge participants chose Spirit as the likely winner of the LAN slot, and the team successfully lived up to those expectations. On the other side of the bracket, users bet on Cloud9, which lost to SAW. A total of 28198 predictions were made, with 40% being correct.
This time, there were again several winners. According to the contest rules, the prizes in the form of skins were revised. The prize pool for each place was evenly distributed among the winners.
The first place in the challenge was taken by morales. He scored 80 points, for which he receives an AWP | Containment Breach (Well-Worn). He managed to make 11 correct picks out of 14.
Second place in our challenge was taken by four players, each of whom will receive an AWP | Atheris (Minimal Wear). They each scored 75 points. Participants under the nicknames: unyk89, Tox03, pandareen, and Candeias managed to make 9 out of 14 correct predictions.
Third place was also taken by four participants, who managed to score 70 points each. Here, users managed to make between 8 to 10 correct predictions. All bronze winners will receive an AWP | Mortis (Minimal Wear).
