The organizers of BLAST.tv Austin Major 2025 have officially published a list of all declared conflicts of interest related to the players and teams participating in the tournament. This became part of the policy of transparency and fair play, and all potential situations were thoroughly documented before the start of the competition on June 3. The declarations cover share ownership, bonus agreements, player leases, and financial interests of third parties. Here are the details of the most high-profile cases:
EliGE (FaZe) is a minority shareholder in Liquid
FaZe player Jonathan “EliGE” Jablonowski still owns 0.043% of Team Liquid's shares, despite playing for another team. Both parties confirmed that this share does not give him any influence on decisions in Liquid and does not affect the competition. He has no official authority and does not receive any profit dependent on Liquid's results.
arT (Fluxo) - owner of FURIA shares
Former FURIA player and Fluxo representative Andrei “arT” Piovesan has retained a small share of shares in the FURIA organization. According to FURIA, his stake comes from the option program, and even if the option is fully exercised, it will not exceed 1% of the shares. arT has no access to confidential information and does not influence the club's internal policies.

npl (B8) - formally a NAVI player

siuhy (Liquid) - lease with MOUZ without financial obligations
Kamil “siuhy” Škaradek was officially transferred from MOUZ to Team Liquid under the terms of a lease agreement. Both parties signed an additional agreement stating that the player does not receive any financial connection with MOUZ for the duration of the tournament. All decisions are made solely in the interests of Liquid.
susp (Wildcard) - financial interest from Metizport
Metizport organization has declared that it has a financial interest in the player Tim “susp” Angstrom, who plays for Wildcard. This includes bonuses in case Wildcard qualifies for the Major, as well as a percentage of susp's potential transfer. At the same time, Metizport emphasizes that it has no influence on Wildcard's decisions or performances.
BLAST emphasizes that none of the declared conflicts of interest is a violation of the tournament rules, as all parties voluntarily reported potential risks. The organizers reserve the right to monitor situations in case of suspected unethical behavior or abuse.
The main goal of such actions is to guarantee fair competition, especially against the backdrop of growing pressure in the era of large transfers and rapid development of CS2.
