The Huns and Astralis were the first of the 16 teams to exit BLAST Open Spring 2025 in last place, losing to Falcons and FaZe respectively. Following their victories, Falcons and FaZe continue in the tournament's lower bracket, fighting for a spot in the playoffs.

The Huns vs. Falcons

The match began on Inferno, The Huns' pick, but Falcons appeared more confident. The first half ended with a score of 7:5 in favor of Falcons, and after switching sides, they closed out the game, winning the map 16:13.

On Ancient, chosen by Falcons, The Huns found themselves in a tough spot after the first half (4:8). They couldn't turn the game around, and Falcons confidently secured the map 13:6, achieving a 2:0 victory and advancing in the lower bracket semifinals of BLAST Open Spring 2025.

Astralis vs. FaZe

The first map, Train, picked by Astralis, turned into a nightmare for them. FaZe crushed them in the first half with a score of 11:1, and even attempts at a comeback didn't help — FaZe easily closed the map 13:7.

On Nuke, FaZe's pick, Astralis again looked weak. They lost the first half 4:8 and couldn't turn the game around, losing 13:6. FaZe confidently advanced, leaving Astralis out of the tournament.

BLAST Open Lisbon 2025 takes place from March 19 to 30. The group stage will be held at the BLAST studio in Copenhagen, while the playoffs will take place at the MEO Arena in Lisbon, Portugal. You can follow the results and progress of the tournament in more detail via this link.
