Vitality team captain Dan "apEX" Madesclaire has extended his contract with the French organization until the end of 2026.

The Frenchman became a part of Vitality in October 2018, joining the club's first CS:GO roster:

• Vincent "Happy" Schopenhauer
• Nathan "NBK-"  Schmitt
• Cédric "RpK" Guipouy
• Dan "apEX" Madesclaire  
• Mathieu "ZywOo" Herbaut
• Philippe "faculty" Rodier (coach)

Only apEX and ZywOo are still playing for Vitality after five years of organization in Counter-Strike. Together, they have won 13 notable trophies, attended six majors, and earned $3,994,805 in prize money.

Also today, the former coach of the team Remy "XTQZZZ" Quoniam, who worked for the club for three years, since the end of 2018, returned to the team.

Interestingly, today the Danish sniper Nicolai "dev1ce" Reedtz also extended his contract with Astralis. The player, like apEX, plans to stay with the current team until the end of 2026.
