In esports, a scandal involving an attempted match-fixing continues to unfold. An unknown professional player shared screenshots of a private conversation with Kassad, where Somebody, a former player from the TYLOO organization, directly proposed "arranging" the outcome of a competition for monetary compensation.
What the Conversation Reveals
In the dialogue, Somebody congratulates the interlocutor on their first victory and then shifts the conversation to the main point: "My friends want to send you a message. Do you need a sponsor from an Asian betting network?" Gradually, he clarifies the details, explaining that his acquaintances prefer to negotiate directly with the player rather than involving the team. Later in the conversation, a direct proposal follows: "I hope you can arrange a win or loss in a specific match, and you will be paid." Somebody notes that they are ready to discuss everything in person and through third-party Chinese apps to avoid direct contact with the club.
Kassad, who received this evidence, published the screenshots, exposing yet another attempt at match-fixing and bringing the situation to public attention. We previously wrote a special article about Somebody and the accusations against him.
