Today, it was revealed that AMD has removed its latest driver, AMD Software: Adrenalin Edition 23.10.1, from the official site, and it's now unavailable for download.
This driver had previously introduced a new feature into the game called "Anti-Lag/+" that caused all the difficulties.
First, this change was found by HXL, who posted the message on Twitter:

Note that earlier, Valve developers stated on Twitter that if players use the "Anti-Lag/+" feature, their accounts will be banned by VAC, as any interference in the game process is prohibited.
AMD's latest driver has made their "Anti-Lag/+" feature available for CS2, which is implemented by detouring engine dll functions.

If you are an AMD customer and play CS2, DO NOT ENABLE ANTI-LAG/+; any tampering with CS code will result in a VAC ban.

But the developers also assured that all VAC bans would be lifted with the first update from AMD. The update is already here — the driver has been removed. This means that a wave of unbanning will happen very soon.
