Chinese Trader's $1,000,000 CS2 Inventory Banned on Steam

The inventory of the Chinese trader 胖胖King, valued at over $1,000,000, has been locked on Steam. This was reported by the trader olafkswg.

We have just received the first direct confirmation from Valve that buying or selling stolen skins will lead to a ban on Steam

Among the locked items were rare stickers like Titan Katowice 2014, IBUYPOWER Katowice 2024, and many other unique skins. The total inventory value exceeds $1,000,000.

Valve cited "Fraudulent activity" as the reason for the lock. The company's statement explains:

Fraudulent activity is defined as a violation of the Steam Terms of Service or involvement in criminal activities, including using (or attempting to use) stolen credit cards, distributing stolen items or games under arrest, using other accounts, and benefiting from hacked or stolen accounts.

Thus, this is the first confirmed case where Valve has officially confirmed that trading stolen items results in an inventory lock. This incident could set a precedent and serve as a serious signal to the entire CS2 community and the trading market.
