9INE team coach "nawrot" leaves his post due to burnout

After nearly one and a half years of working as the head coach for the Polish team 9INE, Piotr nawrot Nawrocki has decided to leave his position. The reason for this decision was professional burnout.

During his time with 9INE, nawrot helped the team secure a victory in ESL Challenger S42 and advance to the Legends stage of the BLAST Paris Major. However, the coach now feels emotionally drained and is unable to fully dedicate himself to his work.

The decision to leave was made by me personally, even before the BLAST qualifier tournaments. I had been contemplating it for six months, before our first Pro League, but circumstances at that time did not allow me to leave.

After the team's players moved to ENCE, 9INE fell to 129th place in the world ranking. They failed to qualify for the RMR at the beginning of the year, and a defeat by Rebels in the final of the Polish ESL championship deprived them of participation in IEM Katowice.

Currently, I cannot fully focus on leading the team. You could say I've burned out. There's no point in doing something halfway.

At the moment, nawrot plans to take a break and aims to return in the future as the team's assistant coach. The search for a new head coach for 9INE has already begun.
